Abstract

In this research, the primary and secondary schools in Yüksekova district center of Hakkari province were studied.school administrators' leadership styles and schoolhow the leadership styles of the administrators affect the organizational commitment of the teachers, the subjectexamined. The universe of our research is located in Yüksekova district center in the 2017-2018 academic year.It consists of 345 primary and secondary school teachers. The study of the qualitative type of researchThe group consists of 7 teachers who are volunteers.According to the results of the research, school principals are insufficient in contemporary management behaviors.seen. Considering the results of the research, there is no significant difference between the genders.does not appear. Significant differences according to the length of service and age of school administratorshave been shown. Young and new administrators' commitment to teachers' organizational culturewere found to be more successful. Moreover; School principals' leadership stylesA significant relationship was found between teachers' levels of commitment to school.
