Özet

Scientists note that in the world there are more than 12 thousand means of languagecommunication. Naturally, in such a situation, the contact of languages ​​is inevitable, which in the endresulting in bilingualism and multilingualism. The 1989 census data showedthat the number of actually functioning ethnic languages ​​has reached 162, of which 127 arecompact languages, 35 dispersed languages ​​of national groups such as modernBulgarians, Hungarians, Koreans, Germans, Persians, Poles, Turks, Uighurs, Finns, livingin Russia and CIS countries. These data further support the idea thatopportunities for widespread bilingualism and multilingualism as a naturalsocial development factor
