Abstract

In order to consider the current state of investment regulation, one shouldfind out why special investment legislation is needed.After the collapse of the USSR, all the CIS member states began to operate inprinciple their national legislation, and not regulated by thislegislation on issues during the transitional period, the norms continued to applylegislation of the USSR, if they do not contradict the constitutions andnational legislation.
