After segmentation and Labor Department practices became widespread in organizations, Human Resource Management came to the fore in order to determine the workflow, duties and jurisdictions of personnel, to select the right person for the right job, and human resources departments were created to specialize in this area. In order to ensure sustainability in organizations, it was understood that the employees, who are the main element, should work in a way that depends on the organization and is satisfied with their wrk. In this context, organizations have been obliged to take measures aimed at connecting employees to them and providing them with a suitable work environment. This study, which aims to determine the effects of employee satisfaction expressed above on commitment to the organization, addressed the issue from the point of view of the private banking sector. In general, the research covers the study of the positive or negative effects of employee satisfaction, which affect employee loyalty in the banking sector, if in private in organizations. In this context, conceptual explanations were first included and a literary infrastructure was created. After the information, the methodology of the research was included, the research findings were stated, and the results section was created based on the information obtained within the framework of the data.
