Abstract

The ability of educational institutions to deliver what is expected; It is possible to update themselves according to the requirements of the period. Periodic requirements; It expresses the general acceptance of educational authorities that are considered successful rather than technological developments. Within the scope of similar expectations, it is a demand of the modern education system that teachers improve themselves by maintaining their professional development. Instead of teachers continuing their professional development on their own, these task control units are expected in contemporary educational theories. Many control models have been developed in order to make the education process effective. Among these, control models such as scientific supervision and developmental control can be listed. Motivation and productivity are among the basic concepts of today. The assumption of this understanding is that if the teachers are motivated and the curriculum is fully implemented, the school goals will be realized and institutional efficiency will be achieved. However, supervisory devices should have an independent function in line with predetermined basic principles such as counseling and guidance, and make the school effective in line with its objectives in the process. In this study, some audit models will be examined theoretically, and some current determinations and solution suggestions will be brought to the current audit methods used in our provincial organization.
