Abstract

The purpose of this research; revealing the burnout perceptions of working teachers,identifying resources and suggesting solutions. The study group of the research, Van province8 women and 8 men working in the Agzikara village primary/secondary school in İpekyolu districtconsists of teachers. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with 8 female and 8 male teachers.In the research, by using "content analysis", one of the qualitative research techniques, teachers' questions were asked.Their responses were analysed. In the study, teachers working in village schools differed from each other.It was determined that they were caught in the perception of burnout due to various reasons. According to the research findings;enabling teachers' personal development, making working hours flexible, workingimproving their working conditions, reducing the uniformity in their work life, improving their social conditions andThe results have emerged that rotation will be beneficial for the prevention and reduction of burnout.
