Abstract

Hospitality exists almost in all nation. Some of them are well developed and concidered as measure of honour prestige and humanity. One of them is kyrgyzs. It is proved by their etiquette of hospitality that elaborated in detail. Kyrgyzs give warm welcome not only to invated guests but to strangers too. According to the rule asking questions about personal, timetable, travelling purpose were rude mistake. Tematic taboo is strictly kept. To tell upsetting, unpleasent and offending words was prohibitted. Accepting guests without laying table-cloth was rude mistake. A variety of dishes shows hospitality of host. Kyrgyz people slaughter sheep or cattle and devide into parts that called «ustukan» (ustukan is the honourable part of sheep meat). Honourable ustukan should be given to oldest guests and other part of meat will be presented to people according to their age. Kyrgyzs made and drink hard drinks, but they know that it is a bad sequence and drinking a lot was concidered as a bad habit. Before and after having meal guests should wash their hands with kettle and wash-hand-basin, traditionally, males should help to this process. The main ideas of kyrgyz hospitality are: give warm welcome, cheer up, make guests in high level that leads to strength friendship and relationship
