Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze academic studies on diversity management published between 2020 and 2025 using bibliometric methods to reveal the development of the field and new research trends. In this context, the distribution of publications on diversity management by year, country, and institution, as well as their thematic focus, were analyzed. Furthermore, the most productive authors, significant citation bursts, and themes likely to become prominent in the future were identified. The study was conducted from a multifaceted perspective using multiple bibliometric analysis tools such as VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and SciMAT. The findings indicate that the most frequently used keywords in studies on diversity management are "diversity management," "difference," "inclusion," and "gender." SciMAT clustering and thematic evolution analyses indicate that the theme of diversity management is a persistent theme in the field, but that research trends focused on "inclusion," "innovation," and "institutional context" will strengthen in future studies on diversity management.
